3 Strategies To Keep Up With Your Marketing Channels

3-Strategies-To-Keep-Up-With-Your-Marketing-Channels-1040 × 700

[This is a transcription from the Clickx Marketing Hack of the Day video series.]

Hey everyone! I’m Solomon with Clickx. For today’s Marketing Hack of the Day, we are actually talking about how you keep up with all of your marketing channels, whether it’s your organic or your paid strategy; what should you do as a business owner or a marketer, how you actually keep up with it!

There are three tips I want to give you. I learned it from our friends at Google! It’s really effective, it’s really working for us, because I start to tell this to business people and they’re really get in it and I want to share that with you today. Let’s get started!

Tip #1: Assume Your Consumers Are On All Devices, So Be There Too

Alright! The first thing that you should be thinking about as far as keeping tabs on your SEO, on your PPC and all the things that we work it here at Clickx, we built a whole entire platform to manage this. We understand your pain, we’ve been there, we’ve done it, and we have to do it hundreds of times and thousands of times across so many industries and verticals that we needed a lot of tools to build it! Therefore, we built our own tool, but here’s the first step or you should be doing is to assume that your consumers are always there in all these devices that you as the business need to be there across the board on all of them at the same time.

It sounds a little bit difficult, but at the end of the day as marketers, our jobs just gotten really hard.

You have to realize that people are consuming different content and in social media they’re considering different content, in YouTube and video channels like Facebook and everywhere else, but you as the business person and the marketer person have to understand that you have to be on all devices at the same time! You got to be across the whole web that means that you need to do search ads, organic search; you actually need to display, do retargeting; you need to make sure that you’re optimizing all of these things at the same time!

Tip #2: Always Optimize To Stay Relevant

The second tip is always relevant. It’s a really important one, because you know how it is to open up a page that is not really optimized on your mobile device. To say, man! This doesn’t look right, I don’t like it, I’m going to abandon it, and I’m going to leave!

So, always relevant is a very important key for you! Again, like I said, I’m giving you a lot of strategy in this video. I’m not giving you tactics like do this and you’re going to get more phone calls; that’s not the goal of this video! Is to really help you understand what you should be thinking about first was always there the second is always relevant! Why is it important to be very relevant? Well! Let me tell you. Depending on what the user is doing, whether they’re watching a video or they’re doing something else, you need to make sure that your message to them is relevant, right! It is the time of day is relevant! Maybe you can be that clever company that has a different ad copy at five O’clock as people are leaving their offices or wherever they’re doing; they’re leaving at five O’clock from school or what not! The message says come grab a coffee, only available until 6pm, which is very relevant to the time, Right! The ad is very relevant to the time in which the person is searching for it! And let me tell you, those are the kind of answer so effective. You might be a restaurant and you’re going to post a photo at 6pm when people are thinking about dinner today and we have a special right now, just for tonight. Now, why is that effective, because you’re actually giving them at the right time so you need to be very relevant to not just the device that they’re on the time of day the location in which their act at that point.

If you can keep up with being always there and keep up with being always relevant, this should be relatively easy, it is always optimized. Alright!

Again, I think it goes back to searching and looking at your own pages, look at your own social profiles, looking at whether you’re actually having proper title tags on your website or not and your ad copies make sense that your offers are in your ad copy!

Tip #3: Evaluate If Your Funnel Optimization Is The Best It Can Be

Just keeping it simple and evaluating whether you’re actually doing the best job you possibly can! You want to make sure that you optimized for your devices, you evaluate the ad copy, you have to evaluate the call to action, whether you’re getting conversions and optimizing the conversion rate, killing the landing pages that are not working and doing a pre-test and improving the ones that are giving you more ROI and creating more of them and just iterating and that’s what I mean by always optimizing!

If you’re in a business where marketing plays a very important role; start evaluating how this funnel optimization is happening in your business!

As Clickx a platform company, we pay extra attention to helping people understand their funnel and help them understand the leaks in their funnel. Alright! This is very detrimental in your marketing and all the money that you invest into it! You’re going to lose people, if you don’t have a pretty good handle on how to do that and you need to optimize your funnel which is a job in itself.

Long story short that my friend is the three steps; always there, they’re always relevant and always optimized! If we can work on doing that at scale, you’re going to be successful, no matter what!

Thank you again for watching another edition of Marketing Hack of the Day.
